I want to start off by saying that I am not an expert, doctor or any trained professional. However, I am a mama who spent well over a dozen hours reading every single thing I could get my hands on to help me figure out what foods could help me boost supply and what things would hurt my supply. Once I figured out what the actual experts from MANY different sites said, I wanted to compile the information into one place instead of 30. After making these, I printed them and posted these on the fridge for the first few months so I could reference them easily when making grocery lists and meal planning.
